Not satisfied with your order?

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Kegoods will cover return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 days of purchase
  • If not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued

After Shipment

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled
  • You may refuse delivery upon arrival
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after return handling, minus shipping costs

To speed up processing:
