Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest at Kegoods.
However, creating an account gives you extra benefits:

  • Faster checkout for future orders

  • Easy access to your order status and history

  • Early access to new Kegoods products, special offers, and exclusive deals


What if I forgot my password?

No problem!
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and follow the instructions to reset it in just a few simple steps.


What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact our Kegoods customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll update your email address for you.
Note: We can edit your contact details, but we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your information before checkout.


Are there any exchange rates?

All Kegoods orders are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your card uses another currency, the final amount will depend on your card issuer’s exchange rate on the day of processing.


What payment methods does Kegoods accept?

We accept:

  • Mastercard

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • PayPal

At this time, we do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.


Is my online payment secure?

Kegoods uses SSL encryption to protect your checkout process. Your payment information is always secure and is never stored on our servers.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
There is no cancellation fee for orders canceled before shipment.


How do I enter my shipping address?

Please enter your full shipping address using English characters only to avoid delivery issues.
If your address contains special characters, replace them with similar English letters (e.g., “ç” → “c”).


Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately, once your Kegoods order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We recommend using a home address instead of a workplace for smoother delivery.


When will my order arrive?

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: depends on the shipping method you selected

You’ll receive a tracking email, usually within 24 hours after dispatch.


How can I track my order?

Once your Kegoods order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours.


Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount or promotion code can be applied per order, unless stated otherwise.


What if something is missing from my order?

If any item is missing, please contact Kegoods customer support right away. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When are orders processed?

Kegoods orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Kegoods prices are displayed tax-free.
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.


How do I return a Kegoods product?

We want you to love your Kegoods experience 💙
If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.


How long does the return process take?

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 14 business days.
You’ll be notified as soon as it’s complete.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.
If it takes longer to appear, please check with your bank or card provider.
