You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 days of purchase
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Full refund available if canceled before shipping

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery upon arrival
  • Refund will be issued minus shipping costs

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility:
    Returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong selection)
  • Zestecart responsibility:
    Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly:

  1. Email us at cs@zestecart.com
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

To speed up your request:

  • Place the product on a flat surface
  • Clearly show the defect or damage

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
In most cases, no return is required.


🛠 Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or lack of care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sun damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Water exposure

⚠️ Products exposed to water are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.


💳 Refund Policy

You may request a refund if your product does not meet expectations.

Full Refunds Available If:

  • Item is damaged or non-functional
  • Item is not delivered within 90 business days (South America only)

Refund Processing Time

  • Issued to original payment method
  • Credit/Debit cards: 7–10 business days
