Return Requirements
To be eligible, items must be:

- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

- Orders can be canceled within 2 days of purchase
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Full refund available if canceled before shipping
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- You may refuse delivery upon arrival
- Refund will be issued minus shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly:

- Provide your order number
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
To speed up your request:
- Place the product on a flat surface
- Clearly show the defect or damage
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
In most cases, no return is required.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Not Covered:

- Water exposure
